Penn Lee footwear opened in 1961 as a full service shoe store. It has been at the same location at 163 East Main Street (Miners Mills section of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania) for the past 47 years. Our store is one of the oldest privately owned shoe stores in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
